You will work as a Junior Closer on a Final Expense Whole Life Insurance campaign, selling life insurance over the phone (telemarketing). You will qualify customers according to campaign criteria and ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Final Expense Whole Life Insurance products via phone (telemarketing)
- Ask all qualification questions to confirm customer eligibility
- Filter DNC (Do Not Call) customers based on communication flow; abusive customers should be treated as DNC
- Communicate with customers using empathy and professionalism
- Follow company policies, code of ethics, and operational SOPs
- Attend mandatory training and development sessions
- Pay attention to detail
- Report to the Team Lead Operations and Manager Operations
- Work to meet assigned targets (failure to meet targets may affect basic salary)
