Job Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Representative / Truck Dispatcher, you will drive growth by acquiring new business from U.S. trucking companies and/or perform operational dispatching duties. You will make outbound calls, qualify leads, present dispatching solutions, and support ongoing shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. trucking industry.
  • Identify and qualify leads; understand client needs and challenges.
  • Present and articulate the benefits of truck dispatching services to decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Perform operational dispatch duties as needed: load planning, route optimization, shipment tracking, and driver communication.
  • Manage load boards and freight booking (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
  • Negotiate rates and coordinate freight operations.
  • Maintain documentation and records; schedule and dispatch loads.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
