- Supervise day-to-day civil works and internal finishing works on-site for architectural and interior design projects in Islamabad.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and material deliveries to maintain schedule and workflow.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications; provide technical clarification to contractors; ensure work matches design intent.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with approved materials, workmanship standards and site safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain site records: daily reports, progress photos, snag lists and RFIs; report progress to project managers.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and MEP teams to resolve on-site issues and implement design changes.
- Track progress against programme, identify delays, propose mitigation measures and assist in recovery planning.
- Inspect tests and third-party inspection results; verify rectification of non-conformances.
