Role summary:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales professional to lead lead-generation, property marketing, and client acquisition for real estate and construction projects. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on sales execution to drive inquiries, site visits, and closed sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans for new and ongoing projects, including digital, print, and on-site campaigns
• Create property listings, brochures, project presentations, and promotional content aligned with brand standards
• Manage online presence: social media channels, property portals, and targeted advertising to generate qualified leads
• Qualify inbound leads, conduct needs assessments, schedule and conduct site visits and property tours
• Negotiate offers, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to close transactions
• Liaise with construction and project teams to stay informed about availability, timelines, and selling points
• Track marketing and sales performance, lead management, and reporting
