Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct web-based research to identify prospects and candidates using effective search strings and keywords.
- Source leads and candidates from online platforms and databases (e.g., LinkedIn, directories).
- Format, review, and standardize CVs/resumes per client or internal guidelines.
- Perform accurate data entry, cleansing, validation and formatting for leads, candidates, and research datasets.
- Maintain and update CRM, Excel, and database records; organize and analyze collected data into required formats.
- Identify reliable online sources for research and document findings clearly.
- Support digital marketing, online and market research tasks.
