Role Summary
The Point of Sale (POS) Surveillance Auditor will monitor and review POS transactions and camera footage to identify anomalies and strengthen internal controls across retail and F&B client environments. The role is full-time, on-site in Karachi and requires travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review POS camera footage daily
- Identify suspicious activities, discrepancies, irregularities, theft, fraud, and procedural violations at POS terminals
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly audit reports of findings and observations
- Maintain working papers, dashboards, and documentation to support audit findings and follow-up
- Coordinate with relevant teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
- Undergo training and, after training, monitor an assigned set of stores during probation
