- Generate qualified demos with companies matching the ideal customer profile.
- Leverage existing professional network to create sales opportunities and secure introductions with decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Leaders, QA Managers, Product Leaders, founders, software agencies, technology companies).
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals, and other channels.
- Book high-quality demos with qualified decision-makers.
- Work directly with founders to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline professionally.
- Consistently meet agreed demo and pipeline targets; success measured by quality of opportunities, number of qualified demos, and resulting revenue.
Compensation
- Base salary: PKR 150,000200,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Performance bonuses and commission tied to qualified demos and closed business.
