Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified demos with companies matching the ideal customer profile.
  • Leverage existing professional network to create sales opportunities and secure introductions with decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Leaders, QA Managers, Product Leaders, founders, software agencies, technology companies).
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals, and other channels.
  • Book high-quality demos with qualified decision-makers.
  • Work directly with founders to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline professionally.
  • Consistently meet agreed demo and pipeline targets; success measured by quality of opportunities, number of qualified demos, and resulting revenue.


Compensation

  • Base salary: PKR 150,000200,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Performance bonuses and commission tied to qualified demos and closed business.
