Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets across retail, wholesale, and HORECA accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts; negotiate shelf space, pricing, and promotional displays
- Implement trade marketing activities and in-store merchandising to increase product visibility and turnover
- Coordinate with marketing and supply teams to plan product launches, sampling events, and digital marketing support
- Monitor competitor activity, collect market feedback, and provide actionable insights to product and management teams
- Prepare sales reports, forecast demand, and ensure timely order fulfillment
