- Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Log, track and follow up on client requests and complaints; escalate technical or site issues to project supervisors.
- Coordinate appointments, site visits and meetings between clients and on-site staff; prepare and distribute meeting notes.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, contracts, change requests and service orders in company systems or manual logbooks.
- Prepare routine correspondence and status updates.
- Support billing-related documentation and administrative tasks.
- Occasional after-hours client coordination and on-site attendance as required.
