Role overview:
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end users.
- Manage user accounts and basic Active Directory tasks, image workstations, perform backups/restores, and apply OS/security updates.
- Support and maintain LAN components (switches, Wi-Fi access points); assist with basic network performance monitoring.
- Install/update antivirus and endpoint security tools and manage patching procedures.
- Document incidents, maintain ticketing and asset records, and produce incident reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement; manage spare parts inventory.
