Key responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop and eBay, including titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, variations, and attributes
- Develop short-form video and static creative assets tailored to platform formats
- Perform marketplace SEO: keyword research, title & description optimization, and category selection
- Monitor and analyze listing performance and sales metrics; run A/B tests and implement listing improvements
- Manage inventory synchronization, order processing, shipment tracking, and returns coordination
- Ensure platform policy compliance, handle disputes, and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain operations
