Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form social videos: reels, Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, ads, teasers, testimonials, product and brand stories, founder-led content and campaign videos.
- Turn raw footage into compelling stories: identify best moments, build flow, pacing, hooks and rhythm.
- Implement edits and finishing: jump cuts, captions, sound design, music selection, b-roll placement, and basic motion graphics.
- Color work: perform color correction and grading.
- Adaptability: work with scripts or loose directions; adapt footage when material is messy or incomplete.
