Responsibilities
- Assess client eligibility and advise on visa categories, pathways, documentation and timelines.
- Prepare, review and finalize visa applications, supporting documents, cover letters and legal submissions.
- Draft and send formal correspondence to clients, foreign consulates and other stakeholders; follow up on case status.
- Conduct legal research on immigration regulations, bilateral agreements and country-specific requirements.
- Maintain and organize accurate case files, track deadlines and ensure timely renewals and appeals when required.
- Collect evidence from clients, provide updates and manage client expectations throughout the process.
- Support preparation for interviews and submissions where required.
