We are looking for a reliable remote assistant or manager to support outreach, CRM, email marketing, and social media marketing for a handbag brand selling to independent boutiques, fashion stores, concept stores, gift shops, and lifestyle retailers across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Manage lead lists and update CRM/tracker sheets
- Post on and manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Help organise outreach sequences and campaign workflows
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude as part of daily workflow
- Carry out basic online research and lead checks
- Create simple posts, captions, scheduling, and basic engagement for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Keep marketing and outreach systems organised and up to date
- Work with outreach campaigns and email sequences
