Key Responsibilities
- Staff Augmentation & Sales
Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales, partnerships, and referrals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas
Create and execute BD strategies aligned with company revenue goals
Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and negotiations - Account Management & Client Success
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term engagement success
Upsell and cross-sell additional services where applicable
Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams
Track client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues - Leadership & Collaboration
