Role summary:
Represent a product line of plastic chairs, tables and storage solutions and expand market share across retail and trade channels. Work with production, logistics and design teams to ensure market needs inform product decisions. Report to senior management.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets for assigned territories.
- Identify, onboard and manage dealers, retailers and distributors; build long-term relationships and manage account performance.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns including trade promotions, in-store merchandising, local advertising and social media coordination.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, assortment and promotional tactics.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports; maintain CRM records and accurate sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with operations on inventory and logistics to meet market demand.
- Perform regular field visits and territory management; represent the company to customers and channel partners.
