Overview:

Hostnext Technologies is hiring customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join the support team. The CSR will handle customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication and CRM recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships


Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Bachelor degree or above
  • 12 years experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong English language skills for phone and chat communication
