• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, accommodations, transportation, and travel policies.
• Recommend suitable travel packages based on customer requirements.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and provide professional sales support.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
• Handle customer concerns professionally before, during, and after tours.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Work on-site in Rawalpindi; role may involve travel. Shift: Morning.
