Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design: translate user research and business goals into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and data analysts to define requirements and deliver production-ready assets.
- Conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative) to validate concepts and prioritize features.
- Contribute to and maintain a design system with reusable components, tokens, and documentation.
- Build interactive prototypes and run usability tests; iterate based on findings and analytics.
- Prepare handoff-ready assets and specifications for frontend engineering.
