Summary:
- Join the outbound sales team to promote telecom products and services, convert leads into sales, and support post-sale account activities.
- Work closely with the sales supervisor and marketing to meet weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.
- Primary duties: outbound calling (telemarketing) with some inbound handling as required.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote telecom products and services.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide post-sale account support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record interactions and update CRM or sales logs accurately.

Compensation:
