We are seeking a Business Proposal Writer to support US government contracting and business development initiatives. Responsibilities
- Research government procurement portals and identify relevant opportunities (SAM.gov and others).
- Analyze solicitation documents including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs and PWS.
- Develop compliant, persuasive proposal content and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with technical, pricing, and capture teams to gather input and finalize submissions.
- Format proposals and ensure compliance with solicitation instructions and submission requirements.
- Maintain submission calendars, track active opportunities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Prepare supporting documents and visuals using tools like Canva or Photoshop as needed.
