OakSpace, a Lahore-based furniture company serving customers across Pakistan, is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support online sales growth. The role focuses on creating and executing social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok, developing campaign content, and measuring performance to optimize reach and conversions. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with design, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand voice and timely responses to customer inquiries. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a social media content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns; creating, scheduling, and publishing platform-appropriate content (images, short videos, carousel posts, captions) highlighting furniture products and lifestyle use; coordinating with in-house design or freelancers to produce visual assets and short-form video (Reels/TikTok) focused on product features, assembly, styling, and customer testimonials; and monitoring and responding to comments and messages promptly, escalating customer service issues when needed.
