Overview:

Packzeo designs and manufactures courier bags, rigid boxes, pouches, zipper bags and other customized packaging for e-commerce businesses and brands. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets within the Karachi region and assigned national accounts. This role requires proactive field engagement, follow-up, accurate order qualification, and coordination with production and operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect and qualify leads from e-commerce sellers, retailers and brand owners
• Present product solutions, provide quotations and negotiate pricing to close sales
• Manage end-to-end sales process including sample approvals and order confirmation
• Coordinate with production and operations for timely delivery
• Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline forecasts
• Conduct client visits, deliver samples and follow up until order completion
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Compensation:

Salary range: 35,000 - 50,000 PKR per month

Travel/Shift:

Field sales with travel within assigned territory; Morning shift
