- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business
- Explain services, packages, and pricing
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain professional communication
- Record customer and booking details accurately
- Coordinate bookings with the UAE operations team
