Key responsibilities:
- Enter financial transactions and maintain the general ledger using the firm’s accounting software.
- Prepare, verify and post invoices and supplier bills; ensure accurate client billing records.
- Record receipts, disbursements and bank transactions; perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Support preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, trial balances, and schedules for review.
- Organize and file receipts, invoices and source documents; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Assist with payroll data entry and basic payroll reconciliations when required.
- Respond to internal queries about client account status and assist senior staff during audits.
