Lead brand strategy and drive measurable growth for a skincare and beauty brand inspired by Korean skincare.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions to grow brand awareness and sales.
- Plan, coordinate and manage events, activations, and campus or corporate partnerships to promote the brand.
- Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, creative teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Track campaign performance and sales impact; use data to optimize tactics and report results to leadership.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the brand in partner meetings and activations.
