Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to prospective customers following client scripts and campaign objectives.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for client sales teams, accurately documenting outcomes in CRM.
- Achieve daily and weekly KPIs including volume, conversion rates, and appointment targets.
- Maintain professional US-market phone etiquette and adapt messaging to different customer segments.
- Provide timely feedback on campaign performance and customer objections to campaign managers.
- Update and maintain accurate records of interactions, dispositions, and scheduling details in the CRM.
