Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and monitor operational control activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and client SLAs.
- Maintain and update operational control documentation, logs, and dashboards; implement version control and access procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational incidents: log issues, escalate to technical teams, and track resolution until closure.
- Schedule and facilitate regular control reviews, status meetings, and post-incident reviews with stakeholders.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by collecting performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing corrective actions.
- Support onboarding of new control processes and train staff on operational checklists and compliance.
