Overview:

Kanzah Fashion seeks a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations for a growing garment and wholesale business. The role supports production, procurement, inventory costing, payroll, and financial reporting to ensure accurate books and timely insights for management. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, production floor leads, and vendors to maintain cost control and compliance.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records: journals, ledgers, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cost of goods sold, inventory valuations and variance reports.
• Process supplier invoices, vendor payments and monitor accounts payable aging.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoice issuance, collections and customer reconciliations.
• Perform payroll processing, statutory deductions and maintain payroll records in compliance with local regulations.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting and provide management with actionable financial insights.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting workflows.
