Vigour Med Store is seeking an experienced remote accountant to support its U.S. healthcare distribution business, including Shopify eCommerce sales and B2B and government healthcare contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Generate and process customer invoices for B2B and government customers.
- Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Monitor Shopify order records, payment receipts, and bank deposits, investigating and correcting discrepancies before month-end reporting.
- Process refunds, chargebacks, and payment discrepancies for customers.
- Record vendor invoices and manage payment schedules.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation.
