Deverland operates a UK-based clothing business with operations managed from Pakistan. We are hiring a Call Center Sales Executive / Live Streaming Sales Specialist for our Karachi team to engage UK customers, present apparel products, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Commission will be paid above salary if sales targets are met.

Timings: 9pm to 6am

The role combines customer communication, consultative selling, and live product presentation. The successful candidate will represent the brand professionally, understand customer needs, and deliver a responsive buying experience across call center and live-streaming channels.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the UK market.
• Present clothing products clearly during live-streaming sessions and answer customer questions in real time.
• Identify customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
• Explain product details, sizing, availability, pricing, delivery expectations, and relevant policies accurately.
• Record customer interactions, orders, follow-ups, and sales outcomes in company systems.
• Build positive customer relationships through confident, courteous, and professional communication.
• Coordinate with operations and relevant teams as required.
