- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hardware faults, including motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
