PEPINA is a food and beverage company focused on sugar-free products. We are seeking a Field Sales professional to develop customer relationships, expand product availability, and support growth across Baku.
Responsibilities
Present PEPINA’s sugar-free product range and communicate product benefits accurately. Identify sales opportunities, obtain orders, and work toward agreed monthly targets. Build and maintain productive relationships with store owners, purchasing teams, and channel partners. Monitor product visibility, pricing, stock levels, and competitor activity in assigned locations. Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, merchandising, and customer follow-up. Maintain organized records of visits, leads, orders, and market feedback.
The successful candidate will represent PEPINA professionally in the market, contribute practical insights from customer interactions, and help strengthen distribution of sugar-free products.
