Edvice Education is seeking a Student Admissions & Engagement Executive for a full-time remote role in Pakistan. The position combines UK university admissions, student counselling, lead management, business development and social media support.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and submit applications to UK universities.
- Review student documents and identify missing information before submission.
- Complete university and agent application portals accurately.
- Monitor applications, university correspondence, offers and outstanding conditions.
- Maintain accurate student, application and lead records.
- Respond to prospective students through WhatsApp, phone, email and video calls.
- Conduct initial student counselling and understand academic background, budget, intended course, intake and career objectives.
- Recommend appropriate next steps and escalate complex cases where required.
- Follow up new, existing and inactive leads consistently.
- Conduct outbound and cold calls when required.
- Help convert suitable enquiries into consultations and applications.
- Support business development and partnership activities.
