The role will serve as a key contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service updates while working closely with delivery and sales teams.
- Respond to customer questions through approved communication channels and provide accurate information about products, orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Record and process customer orders, requests, complaints, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and delivery staff to confirm order status and resolve service issues promptly.
- Support sales activities by preparing updates, maintaining customer records, and identifying opportunities for repeat orders.
- Follow up on pending inquiries, deliveries, payments, and customer concerns.
- Prepare basic daily reports on orders, inquiries, complaints, and service performance.
- Represent HeavenBlu professionally and contribute to customer service quality.
