- Manage front-of-house and restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead, schedule, train, and coach service staff to deliver efficient and courteous hospitality.
- Monitor buffet presentation, food availability, cleanliness, table service, and guest flow.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally and promptly.
