- Prepare Chinese appetizers, soups, noodles, rice, stir-fries, sauces, and other menu items according to established recipes.
- Manage preparation, cooking, portioning, garnishing, and replenishment for buffet and event service.
- Monitor taste, freshness, presentation, temperature, and consistency of all dishes.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to plan production and maintain smooth service during peak hours.
- Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper storage and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
