We are seeking a Bakery Chef to prepare fresh, attractive, and consistently high-quality bakery and dessert items for buffet service, events, and special occasions. The role supports menu quality, efficient kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, presentation, and portion control.
- Prepare breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products according to approved recipes and production schedules.
- Plan daily production based on buffet demand, event requirements, and ingredient availability.
- Monitor baking temperatures, proofing, finishing, decoration, texture, taste, and presentation.
- Apply knowledge of Arabian desserts.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Control wastage, manage portions, and use ingredients efficiently while maintaining product quality.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely replenishment and attractive buffet presentation.
