We’re hiring an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

Locations: Lake City, Lahore; PIA Road, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
• Conduct staff training and support team development.
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work according to restaurant shifts.
