OS Travel & Tours is seeking an experienced Visa Consultant specializing in UK, USA and Schengen visit visas.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UK, USA and Schengen visit visa requirements and eligibility.
- Understand clients' travel purposes and recommend suitable visa categories.
- Prepare, review and organize complete visa files.
- Verify passports, bank statements, employment or business documents, invitation letters, hotel bookings, travel insurance and other supporting documents.
- Complete and review online visa application forms accurately.
- Guide clients on appointments, biometrics, interviews and submission procedures.
- Identify documentation gaps and advise clients on additional requirements.
- Follow up on submitted cases and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain customer service.
- Maintain accurate records.
