Responsibilities

• Handle outbound customers according to campaign requirements and approved procedures.

• Explain relevant campaign services and guide customers through the next appropriate steps.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Follow quality, compliance, confidentiality, and handling standards for healthcare-related campaigns.
• Meet assigned performance goals for attendance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and coordinate with supervisors when additional support is required.
