We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy and proactive Product & Operations Assistant to work with us remotely and support the development of a new software product.
The role will involve a mix of general operations, online research, account and document management, LinkedIn management, Google Drive organisation, app and software testing, and coordinating tasks related to the software product.
As the project progresses, the role will also involve helping us find and coordinate with developers, organise requirements, track development progress, test new builds, identify issues, and make sure tasks are followed up and completed.
No programming experience is required, but a strong interest in technology, good computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly are important.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, take ownership of tasks, and figure things out rather than waiting for instructions for every small step.
This is intended to be a long-term position.
