Nadeem’s Buffet is a premium buffet restaurant in Lahore offering authentic Pakistani cuisine, international favorites, desserts, and freshly prepared dishes. The restaurant hosts birthdays, family gatherings, celebrations, and private events in a fast-paced, quality-focused kitchen environment.

We are seeking a skilled Chinese Chef to prepare Chinese dishes meeting standards for taste, presentation, consistency, and food safety. The successful candidate will contribute to menu execution, buffet readiness, event service, and efficient kitchen operations.

Prepare Chinese appetizers, soups, rice, noodles, stir-fries, sauces, and main-course dishes according to established recipes.

Control seasoning, texture, portion sizes, presentation, and cooking times across buffet and event service.

Organize mise en place and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely replenishment.

Inspect ingredients, maintain proper storage, and minimize food waste through effective planning.

Follow hygiene, sanitation, temperature-control, and workplace safety procedures.

Support menu development by suggesting suitable Chinese dishes and improvements based on guest feedback.
