Responsibilities:

• Plan, capture, edit, and organize video content for property marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
• Film residential properties, development sites, walkthroughs, interviews, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan shot lists, locations, schedules, lighting, audio, and production requirements.
• Edit polished videos for social media, property listings, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and property teams to understand campaign objectives and audience needs.
• Operate cameras, stabilizers, lighting, microphones, and related production equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain organized production files and workflows.
