- Enter, update and verify data from project, procurement, workforce and administrative documents.
- Maintain organized electronic files, registers, spreadsheets and document logs.
- Review entries for completeness, accuracy, spelling and consistency before submission.
- Compile routine reports and summaries for internal coordination and management review.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify missing or inconsistent information.
- Handle company information responsibly and follow established documentation, QA/QC and HSE procedures.
