- Research and identify qualified fashion brands, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and private-label buyers in target markets.
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases with company details, decision-maker information, sourcing needs, and outreach status.
- Conduct professional prospecting through approved business channels, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Qualify leads by assessing product requirements, order potential, timelines, and fit with leather apparel manufacturing capabilities.
- Arrange introductory discussions and provide clear lead summaries to the manager.
- Track activities, follow-ups, responses, and conversion stages in a CRM or structured reporting system.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and buyer preferences to support practical growth campaigns.
