Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, returns and products
- Assist with product compatibility and vehicle fitment enquiries
- Handle customer calls when required
- Request additional information from customers where necessary
- Follow up on unresolved or outstanding customer issues
- Process and manage return requests according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate customer records and case notes
- Update internal tasks and customer service cases
- Escalate more complex issues when necessary
- Carry out general e-commerce and administrative tasks
- Use Microsoft Teams and Outlook
