- Coordinate day-to-day IT support and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
- Assist with administration of workstations, operating systems, printers, servers, networks, backups, and business applications.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security controls, antivirus protection, and data-backup processes.
- Maintain IT asset registers, user accounts, licenses, technical documentation, and incident records.
- Support onboarding, user training, access management, and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, procurement, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Assist the IT Manager with projects, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
