Join a growing food delivery team as a Business Development Executive – Restaurant Acquisition. This role involves identifying, approaching, negotiating with, and onboarding restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and other food businesses onto the platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food points for onboarding.
- Meet restaurant owners or managers and explain platform and partnership benefits.
- Complete restaurant onboarding from initial contact to successful go-live.
- Collect and verify required documents, menus, prices, images, and business information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for restaurant profiles, menu setup, and system activation.
- Guide and train restaurant staff on using the platform or app.
- Follow up on pending onboarding requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure restaurants are activated within the defined timeline.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and update the CRM or system.
- Conduct post-onboarding follow-ups.
