Responsibilities
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other business customers while presenting rice products professionally.
- Conduct regular market coverage and follow up from order collection through delivery coordination.
- Collect orders and maintain regular contact with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Record order details accurately, including product type, quantity, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and distribution teams to support timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer feedback, competitor activity, stock availability, and market trends.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, complaints, and service issues.
- Prepare routine market visit and order activity reports for management.
- Represent Arham Rice Mills courteously and uphold company quality standards.
